And again look at the sniper snapping to the guys head below (either his hand has serious nerve problems or he has aimbots):
Immediately after he aims his crosshair is 100% of the time is on the enforcer guy's head.
Look how the crosshair tracks the zig-zag movement of that guy (07-08 second of that viode).
